How to get a device

Good morning
I hope you all had a safe weekend in your bubbles and are continuing to look after yourselves and your wider whānau and friends.
Just a brief email from me this morning. At present we are still advised not to proceed with contactless pickup of devices, but we want to be ready should this be allowed later this week.
In order for us to plan for this we are asking all students who do not have access to a device for learning to please complete the following google form:

If you are unable to complete the form yourself then please call a friend with a device/internet access and ask them to complete it for you, or send the following information to either your Mentor or [email protected]
- Full name of student
- Year Level
- Mentor Class
- Full lockdown address
- Best way to contact you (email address/phone number)
- Whether you would be able to come to the school for contactless pickup (yes/no)
- Any other information or questions you have
In the meantime, please continue to work on the offline / no device tasks in the learn at home spreadsheet (https://tinyurl.com/2021LearningAtHome) and make contact with your teachers via email if you have any questions or need further support.
